ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

Submission of this order form is understood as acceptance of all the current rates and conditions under which advertising is being sold. No cancellations will be accepted after the deadline date. All cancellations must be in writing. There is a $25 charge for returned checks. All copy, text, and illustration contained in advertisements are accepted by the publisher with the understanding that the advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents including photographs, graphics and subject matter. The publisher will not be held liable for any actions, suits or claims resulting from or connected to any advertisement. The publisher reserves the right to exclude copy, text and illustrations which it deems misleading, in poor taste, or otherwise inappropriate for the content on the publication. The publisher will not be held responsible or liable for delays in printing, delivery and/ or non-delivery in the event of natural disaster or any condition beyond the control our control of production.

I authorize placement of the above ad in the Jersey City Pride Guide and I have read and understand the information and regulations regarding advertising as stated.
